This weeks update comes in the form of Passage to India II at Frank Cohens Initial Access gallery. Full review to follow in the next edition of +1 Magazine
Shepard Fairey was the first artist I ever noticed that didnt solely use a spray can - his work blurs the boundary of art and design to the maximum, but nether the less, as a designer or an artist you cant help but love the rank and file format of the communist propaganda inspired images, this is sound and Vision............
Just passed by to see a piece and some art by Eelus and Fin DAC, stunning combined mural on the wall and some lush art inside at a group show.........thanks for Jewel for letting me shoot some pics.
Ok, these arent the best photos of Conors work, but the gallery is running until the 12th April and if you like what you see get on down this work is a serious tweak in the direction he is going and im not all together sure if its a good direction, but even if you dont feel the actual paintings, you can certainly appreciate the craft - this is Dead Meat. www.lazinc.com http://conorsaysboom.wordpress.com
